Condolence From: Skip and Ann Flannigan
Condolence: To the Kennelly family, I want to say how sad I am for the loss of Billy. I was with Billy for the first few weeks after I first came to squad four. In that short time he became one of my best friends. During the 25 years we spent on the job we always looked out for each other, I always knew he had my back. I could always count on him to have that great smile and say something that would always make it worth going to work that day. To the Kennelly family I just want to say that Billy was one of the greatest people I ever knew, I am a better person for having the friendship of William Billy Kennelly Jr. R.I.P. my brother til we meet again either up or down, I know you will be there to meet me. I will miss you and think of you everyday. Your friend Skip

Condolence From: Chief John F. Pollinger, (Ret.)
Condolence: When I was still a Sergeant, I conducted Bill's background check to be considered for appointment to the Middletown Township Police Department. What I saw in Bill and observed throughout his career was a willingness to serve his community. Bill accomplished that goal and so much more. A genuine person with a special caring for the people of Middletown Township both as a police officer and as Chief of the Fire Department. He was faithful in his service to the community.

We stayed in touch after he retired and his outgoing personality never changed. His love of life, his family and his new community was always part of our conversations.

He will be missed by all those who's path he crossed.
